The Chinese exercise Tai Chi is practiced to restore and maintain health and flexibility. Michel has been practicing Tai Chi since the Mid-1970's. He teaches Tai Chi through the Shasta College Community Education program and also at Unity Church (no affiliation). Michel Czehatowski's original acupuncture practice was called Redding Acupuncture Center and was located on Hilltop Drive. Over the years the practice has grown and for many years he worked under the business name East Earth Trade Winds selling Chinese herbal products and practicing acupuncture. In 2008 he separated East Earth Trade Winds from the acupuncture practice and incorporated the acupuncture part of the business under the name Redding Acupuncture Health Care, A Professional Corporation. He continues to operate East Earth Trade Winds which is a nationally known supplier of Chinese herbs and herb products.
