About our Services
Redding Acupuncture Health Care is Northern California's most prestigious, knowledgeable, and caring practice. Our Acupuncturist has been treating patients longer than any Acupuncture practice in Shasta County. We have the largest Acupuncture treatment center as well as the largest herbal pharmacy in the North State. Our staff Acupuncturist is highly educated and frequently attends continuing education seminars and lectures to provide our patients with the most up to date state of the art care. Michel Czehatowski, L.Ac. graduated from the San Francisco College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 1984 and has been licensed by the State of California to practice acupuncture since October 1984. In addition his education includes:

Certificate of Completion in International Studies of Oriental Medicine, Kyung Hee University, Seoul, South Korea October 1998.

Certificates in Chinese Language Studies (Level A - July 1999; Level B3 - August 2009), College of Intensive Language Studies, Beijing Language and Culture University, Beijing, People's Republic of China.

Certificate of Training, Department Of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Beijing Hospital, Ministry of Health, PR China May 2001.

Subject Matter Expert for the State of California Acupuncture Board 2005 - present.
- Completion of 25 hours of Continuing Education every year.
In order to improve his understanding of Oriental Medicine Michel attended Intensive Chinese Language Programs at Beijing Language and Culture University, Beijing, China in July 1999 and in August 2009. The pictures below are from classes he attended in 2009.
